Return & Replacement Policy
At Yaara, it’s quite uncommon for our customers to receive damaged products. However, there are times when we might not meet your expectations due to unforeseen circumstances. To strengthen the trust we have built with our customers, Yaara.com offers you the option to return any products you received that are either damaged or incorrectly designed. In such cases, we will gladly provide you with fresh replacements.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return it as long as it meets the following conditions:
- It must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
- All items must be unused and in their original condition, complete with all original tags and packaging, and should not be broken or tampered with.
- If your item included a free promotional gift, that item must also be returned.
- Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection by the Yaara team.
- Replacement items depend on stock availability from the Supplier. If the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund without any questions.
Please be aware that the Cash on Delivery convenience fee and shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund amount.
Reasons for Returns & Replacements:
- The item is either damaged, faulty, or not as it was described.
- Size mismatch for clothing. (Please note that this policy applies only if we send you clothing that does not match the size indicated on the invoice. If the size on the invoice matches the delivered item, we will not consider a refund.)
- Color mismatch for clothing.
- Incorrectly printed clothing (e.g., front/back design mismatch, wrong design, or incorrect placement of design).
- Wrong product sent.
How to return:
To initiate a return, please reach out to the Yaara Customer Care team by sending an email to support@yaara.com.bd within 3 days of receiving your order. After we pick up or receive your return, we will conduct a quality check on the product. If the reason for the return is valid, we will either replace the product with a new one or issue a refund.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed once we have finished evaluating your return.
- Replacement is contingent upon stock availability from the Supplier. If the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund without any questions.
- Please be aware that the Cash on Delivery convenience fee and shipping charges are not included in the refund amount, as these charges are non-refundable.
- If you opted for Cash on Delivery (COD), there will be no refund amount since you have not paid for your order.
- For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective payment method.
- In case an online payment is made again due to a technical error, a refund will be issued for that payment.
